Learning Outcomes

  1. Identify and explain basic theories and concepts of English as a foreign language.
  2. Understand and describe the role of teacher in English foreign language classroom.
  3. Identify and explain technique, methods, and approaches in language teaching.
  4. Identify and explain classroom interaction, and classroom management.
  5. Identify and explain the theoretical foundations for classroom practices, contexts of teaching, designing and implementing classroom techniques and classroom practicalities.
  6. Understand and demonstrate their understanding in teaching language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  7. Understand and demonstrate assessing students’ performance.

Approach, Method and Technique

Communicative Language Teaching and Task-Based Language Teaching are used in teaching and learning process. The teaching and learning processes are required to actively participate in the class discussion, presentation and have others scientific projects and learning
